What you see:-Head out of the city and start your day looking for wildlife at Euroka clearing. See native birds and wild Easter Grey Kangaroos in their own habitat -We stop for a morning tea break at Glenbrook where you can refuel for the next adventure, a 2hr guided walk to Wentworth Falls -You will be amazed as your guide introduces you to native flora and fauna as you make your way into the valley of Wentworth Falls -After lunch ( included ) we descend into the Jamison Valley down the historic Furber Stairs. World Heitage rainforest surrounds you as you view Katoomba Falls and the iconic Three Sisters. -Next we join the Scenic Railway ( included ), the steepest railway in the world, for a ride to the top of the Valley -Relax as we return to the city with an experience gained and new friends to share memories with
Itinerary
-Wildlife viewing– get close to wild Eastern Grey Kangaroos grazing on the lush vegetation
-Guided Eco-walks– we do a 2 hour walk near Wentworth Falls with fabulous lookout points and surrounds.
-Lunch– is provided with sandwiches, fruit and salad to fulfil every appetite.
-Furber Stairs– we walk down the historic rock carved steps with views of the beautiful Jamison Valley and view the magnificent“Three Sisters”.
-Scenic Railway– from the bottom of the Valley take the easy way back up and ride the Scenic Railway (fare included), the steepest railway in the world.
-Katoomba– for those staying longer in the Blue Mountains we drop off at the YHA at 4.00pm and pick up others.
-Sydney– we cruise back into Sydney after an action packed day at 6.00pm (approx)
